We use agorapulse and other tools to help us listen to conversations about your brand and organization and have a dedicated team of customer service reps. to respond to them.
The team is based in Trinidad and checks for posts/mentions every 2 hours between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. and conducts spot checks 4 times per day on Saturdays and Sundays. This is our standard offering but we can tailor a package to suit your needs. We handle or have handled social media listening and responding for the following clients:
