Account Executive

The Role

The Account Executive will assist Account Managers in executing clients’ strategies and performance analysis for advertising and marketing campaigns, web/mobile application projects, and other digital media solutions.

The Tasks

  • Assist the Account Managers in the creation, launch, and management of advertising and marketing campaigns
  • Organize planning and status meetings internally and with clients on a regular basis to keep projects/campaigns on track
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, production staff, and other company representatives that handles the day-to-day execution and management of campaigns
  • Set deadlines for tasks and follow up to ensure their completion
  • Manage monthly client invoicing requests and media buy reconciliations
  • Prepare campaign and project performance reports as needed
  • Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company’s practice leaders/Principals

Entry Requirements

  • Advertising Agency experience preferred
  • Strong familiarity with the Internet/Internet marketing
  • A degree in Business Administration and/or Marketing or experience in the field
  • At least 5 GCE/CXC passes or local academic equivalent. English Language is mandatory
  • Fluent knowledge of Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, TikTok, and their respective advertising tools and options
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Strong writing skills, and interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Ability to set and achieve goals
