The Role
The Account Executive conceptualises and manages advertising strategies across both digital and above the line (ATL) media. Designed for a highly ambitious strategic thinker, this role focuses on high-level campaign planning, budget forecasting, and actively driving commercial account growth. You will lead client relationships, supervise project teams, and direct the relevant department to assist you in the placement and programming of ads.
The Tasks
- Strategy & Commercial Growth: Develop long-term digital and ATL media strategies, provide expert counsel, and aggressively identify opportunities to drive account growth and upselling
- Campaign & Project Management: Organise planning meetings, set strict deadlines, and monitor performance via third-party software. Direct the relevant department to assist in ad programming and execution
- Financial Administration: Manage monthly client invoicing
- AI Integration: Leverage AI tools for data analysis and task automation to maximize workflow efficiency
- Leadership: Train team members, review media strategies, and present at management and project reviews.
Entry Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing (or equivalent) with preferred Advertising Agency or project management experience
- Strong familiarity with both digital and ATL media marketing
- Highly ambitious, independent thinker capable of handling complex strategy without relying solely on established systems
- Proficiency in using AI tools to streamline analysis and daily tasks
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Access to a reliable motor vehicle in good working order.
