We are looking for an innovative person with an excellent command of the English language, to respond to all comments and posts received on our clients’ facebook, twitter, instagram and youtube social media pages. This a full time position. The successful candidate gets to work from home. The Customer Experience Representative must respond in a friendly tone and converse with our clients’ fans and followers online. The successful candidate must work with our Account Managers, Digital Content Producers and clients to source correct answers to fans/followers questions that might not be in the F.A.Q. document and subsequently update the F.A.Q. for future use. This includes but is not limited to product/service info, campaign info, special offers, social initiatives, etc.
