The Role:
The TikTok Content Producer will create and publish original content on TikTok for our clients. The successful candidate will leverage his/her understanding of TikTok to create engaging, viral video content. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success on TikTok and experience producing compelling social media video, an innate understanding of the Millennial and Gen Z audiences and experience collaborating with and leading other creatives in a highly creative and energic atmosphere.
The Tasks:
- Pitch, produce, edit and distribute short-form content on TikTok
- Ideate and execute strategies for engaging and growing communities on the platform
- Communicate and collaborate with a team of social-savvy producers, video editors and graphic designers to create the best possible content
- Identify, manage and collaborate with standout on-camera personalities
- Create in a fast-paced environment that is reactive to clients from various industries including retail, fast food, aviation and lifestyle
- Leverage knowledge of our clients’ products/services and how they might appeal to TikTok audiences to maximize content engagement and reach
- Stay up to date with platform trends and features to be at the forefront of content innovation on TikTok
- Guide our creative strategy on TikTok, using analytics to inform and optimise content
- Manage and prioritize video projects autonomously, using time and resources efficiently
- Be fearlessly creative and have fun collaborating with other creatives in the company
Entry Requirements:
- 2+ years content production and editing experience
- Strong track record of creating viral content and building communities on TikTok
- Skilled in script writing and executing videos from concept to completion
- Strong understanding of the TikTok audience and the content they consume
- Able to work full time Monday to Friday as well as on weekends, when necessary
- Experience in a fast-paced, tight deadline, production team environment
