General Manager – Guyana

The Role:

This is a dynamic, evolving role in which the General Manager must be capable of understanding business challenges to sell and manage services and provide clients/partners with innovative, technological and interactive digital media solutions to achieve measurable results.

  • Sales & Marketing Lead
  • Leading and managing teams
  • Project management
  • Proficiency in Technical writing
  • Online workflow modelling skills
  • Ability to communicate fluently in both conceptual and technical realms
  • Strategy
  • Overall day to day operation of the company
  • Profit/Loss Reporting
  • Meet sales and production targets set by the company

Entry Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of working in a managerial role in an advertising agency, digital agency or software development company
  • A proven track record in corporate sales
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Advertising or similar field
  • Experience in managing the implementation of Web and/or Mobile Apps
  • An understanding of marcom strategies and tactics, including interactive and/or digital media technologies
  • Experience managing teams
  • Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products
